Fitness... or lack thereof

Have just completed my first week of fitness training with a trainer at the gym at Plaza Mont'Kiara. My aims - strengthen my rather weak lower back, tone up muscles and, if at all possible, lose some weight. The instructor (middle name "torturer") is excellent. He knows what he is doing. I have had three sessions of what "seemed" like an easy workout - all three of which left me totally wrung out, sweaty, and shaky at the end BUT (the best part) DID NOT KILL MY BACK. Whoopeeeee!!! He is stepping up the pace next week... let's hope I can keep up.

Other than that, all chores done, all filing done, today I can sit down and read a book, or do some sudoku puzzles.. and then tonight we go to see "Jit Happens... Again" at the Actor's Studio at Bangsar Shopping Centre. Have seen Jit do his stand up comedy once before and thoroughly enjoyed it. Am expecting to enjoy today's session too. There were still a few tickets left (ONLY a few) so if you want to try your luck, go for it. He is worth watching.
